Pastor Jeremy grew up in Shreveport, LA but has been a part of the Oil City, MI community since 2003.  He attended Church regularly as a child and decided at a young age to devote his life to Christ. During a summer Youth Camp experience, Jeremy felt called to the Ministry and after graduating high school pursued that calling. He attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX.  It is there he met and fell in love with his wife Tammy who was studying youth ministry. They graduated from College on a Friday and were married that Saturday. Jeremy served as the Associate Pastor for about four years at Oil City Assembly of God. He has been their Lead Pastor here for over a decade.   Jeremy's desire is to effectively serve the community, to see everyone experience the love and peace of Jesus.

Pastor Tammy

Discipleship Coordinator

Pastor Tammy was born in Gaylord, MI to Pastor Jim and Nancy.  When she was in 7th grade she moved to Oil City.  Tammy graduated from Bullock Creek High School and went on to earn a B.A. in Church Ministries specializing in Youth Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.  In 2003, Tammy was hired as the Youth Pastor at Oil City Assembly of God Church where she served in that role over 7 years.  As a stay at home mom, Tammy continues to be an Ordained Minister and serves the Church in many volunteer roles, including Discipleship Coordinator. She loves Teaching people of all ages; nursery to adults.  Her desire is that all teachers at Oil City A/G are equipped and called to share the truth of Jesus Christ at a level each student can enjoy and understand.
